Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on most items.
To qualify:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and sent back in the original packaging.
- You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email).
- Items that are marked as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for return.
Please note: Unless your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we’ll inspect the item and notify you once your refund has been processed.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
We’re unable to issue refunds for:
- Items returned in used or damaged condition
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery
- Products not purchased directly from our website
Exchanges
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent you the wrong product, we’ll be happy to send a replacement.
